Schools updating their Safe School Plan, Volume 2 also require a Site Plot Plan and Vicinity Map. Schools may Request Site Plot Plan and Vicinity Map..

Although not required, schools may also Download Safe School Plan, Volume 2 Input Form to assist in gathering required information. Please note that all plans must be updated through Inside LAUSD.
